Its time to try something new

If you are like me it is hard to think about adding another supplement into my diet. It seems that you can spend 15 to 20 minutes taking all of the pills and different supplements in the morning. Dried Goji Berries however are different. You don’t have to stick them in with all the other pills and drinks. You can simply substitute goji berries for things like chocolate chips in your cookies or even use them instead of strawberries in your cereal.  Those are just two ideas in a long list of different things you can do to add Goji’s to your diet and add some fun to your cooking.
